Thank you for the feedback, Nick. If it’s purely an internal hemorrhoid, then banding can be done. But I find that most people have both internal and external or also a tight-ish hole already, so one needs to be careful. If you had the ligation with failure, the best is a formal hemorrhoidectomy with an aesthetic closure. I would also do Botox to allow full relaxation during healing. Let us know if we can help.
