Hi P Vera Khamari — Anal pain indeed is not fun and we have all suffered, including myself. I am sorry that my tone may have come off as a ‘happy go lucky’ one and I will take this into context for the future, since clearly the point of reference is to acknowledge it, discuss it, and indeed fix it.
